Dear Rima
I have returned last Saturday and I would like to say a big thank you to you and your colleague! It was also indeed wonderful to meet you in person! I must say, both Armenia and Georgia were beautiful though I wish I had done more of Georgia and explore the Caucaus mountains. Otherwise the trip, the hotels were all good. There is one point that someone brought up that we should have at least half a day on our own to explore more on each country, but having said that, everything was good. We particularly liked Arthur in Armenia, but Alex I felt was a bit too young and was not quite as informative or as good as Arthur!
Anyway, my friends in Singapore are already asking about your tour company and will introduce you to them!
Thank you so much for all the assistance.
Regards
Jovita

Arara's Christian pilgrim tour was customised to our needs by the super-efficient and caring Sati (the inbound tour manager) to our 110 per cent satisfaction. Our driver, Artak and the guide, Raffi were very professional and attentive to all our needs especially during the trip around Armenia.
My husband and I truly felt we were well looked after from arrival to our departure by the company and all the people assigned to us. We had a wonderful experience in Armenia. I hope more people visit this wonderful country full of history. A big thank you to Arara Tour and Sati! Best wishes, Mi Lee and Colin Binns from Australia

Dear Tatev,
This is our review. You have our permission to post. Would you want us to add additional INFO? My brother and I are from the United States of America. The Caucasus was a final step in achieving our goal travelling countries associated with the Silk Road. Our research began searching for a company to achieve our goal and Arara stood out as an innovative company with high quality designed tours. From the moment of contact, their company and services are excellent. We would highly recommend Arara tours. They go beyond just giving clients a truly cultural experience. Our decision was the 17-day tour. During our stay, their guides, drivers, and services were remarkable. Socializing and talking with other people from other tours, we realized how fortunate we were to go with Arara. They did not do half of what we did and they were not satisfied with the way they had seen the Caucasus. We would show them our program and they were astonished and impressed with how professional Arara tours services were. They regretted not going with them. There is a reason why Arara tours surpassed other tour operators. Their services are outstanding and they designed their tours for a true cultural experience that cannot be matched by any other tour operator. Arara deserves kudos and bravo for their innovative tours. We also learned about the past, present, and future of the Caucasus, (i.e. dating back before, during the Soviet era, and present time). Our sincere thanks and appreciation for an unforgettable cultural experience and finishing the Silk Road.
Sincerely Keith and Kevin Pierce

Hello, My mother and I are tourists from Singapore who have recently completed an Armenia-Georgia-Azerbaijan tour from 3 Jun 2019 - 23 Jun 2019 with your company. While we were pleased with the service of all our guides, we were particularly impressed by our Georgian guide, Lasha. Lasha is a very knowledgeable and professional guide who answered all of our questions with patience and also ensured that his car was always kept clean for our comfort. Throughout our trip with him, he was extremely attentive to our needs and always ensured that we had water to drink even when it was more than a bottle per day.
Instead of only treating us as his clients, Lasha treated us as his friends and truly gave us the best possible experience in Georgia. He is kind, patriotic, passionate and is a representation of the warm hearts that Georgians have. We are very thankful to have had him as our guide in Georgia, and we hope that you can help us to convey our appreciation to him!
Thank you very much and have a nice day :)
Warmest Regards,
Willa

Hello Rima and Nune,
We had a wonderful time in both Armenia and Georgia. Thank you for organising it. Both Gevorg and Irakli were fantastic, and we quite enjoyed the itinerary you picked. The only feedback I have for you is that you can make the hotels in Tbilisi and Telavi closer to the city centres. Staying in the old town in Tbilisi would have been great.
All in all, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you once again.
Regards,
Anshuman

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
How can I begin as every day was wonderful. Probably he best walk was on our 3rd day when we walked up to the castle and then down and up again to the monastery and then on the way down walked with a herd of cows who seemed to enjoy our company.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Bring gaiters if you are to hike Mt Aragat, I found my walking poles invaluable, make sure you have good waterproof hiking boots - we had no rain so I can't speak to rainwear needs though I brought them with me.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Not really though we always took our food wrappers and other trash with us. Driving by van was essential but it's not environmentally positive!
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
For me 10 out of 10! Ara was a great guide who was very knowledgeable and always made sure I was safe.

Overall we enjoyed the trip and thank you for your organisation of the programme. For us the highlights were the religious sites, especially in Armenia and Georgia. The guides were excellent. The Ararat Hotel in Yerevan presented some problems for some of our party, as you know. For us we liked the position and felt the hotel had many positive points, but perhaps with a more hands on management things could be better. The restaurant we ate in the first evening and the food was good. Unfortunately it was closed the 2nd evening and for the rest of the time we found excellent restaurants nearby.
We did feel (and this is a personal thing) that the programme in Azerbaijan was a little heavy with some very long days (8.am to 6.pm) and thus gave little time for a restful evening. We realise that to see some of the sites it was necessary to start early and drive for several hours. As I say this is a personal consideration.
We do feel that we have seen many amazing sights and experienced so much. We have very fond memories of Yerevan and the happy family groups we saw enjoying the fountains. Everywhere we went we felt safe and found people friendly and helpful.
Once again, many thanks for all your work in organising the trip.
Please pass on our best wishes to Arthur in Yerevan.

Excellent programme. Guides were excellent especially Arthur in Yerevan and Sophie in Georgia. Personally felt that some of the days, especially in
Azerbaijan, were long giving little time to relax in the evening. This isn't helped by the high temps. We also felt that though the guide in
Azerbaijan was good, he gave too much detailed information which it was impossible to take in (his intro' on the mini bus from the border was 50 mins non
stop!). In all other aspects he was a good guide.

We had a fantastic tour in the 3 countries, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The guides were superb, very knowledgeable and accommodating to the needs and interests of the group. In general, the hotels were good, though in some cases the 4 stars were not to the standard of 4 stars hotels in USA or Europe (weak WiFi, uncomfortable bed for 2 people, or breakfast could have been better); other hotels such as the ones in Jermuk, Yerevan and Baku were excellent. We had an excellent experience with the travel agency, Arara, they were very attentive and helpful during the planning of the trip and solving problems during the tour.

Good Morning. First of all thank you for a wonderful holiday. The tour was fantastic and was very well put together. We loved the variety. The making of bread and local sweets was such fun. The meal with the local family was a lovely way to end our holiday.
Tour guide in Armenia.
Avet was an amazing guide, he is extremely proud of Armenia and this is shown in his guiding. He was so friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. His explanations were excellent and we really enjoyed his company. The first night he joined us for dinner and was an excellent companion. The next night he was not included in the booking which was a huge disappointment to us as the staff in the restaurant did not speak much English and it would have been helpful to have had our guide there.
Avet is an asset to your tours and we will return to Armenia because of his excellent tour guiding, friendliness, and pride in his country. Well done Ahmed and I wish you every success in your future endeavours.
Hotel in Armenia
Great hotel, very centrally located. Rooms clean and staff friendly.
Hotels in Georgia
Boombully
This hotel was delightful, ideally located. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Loved the family feel of this hotel and a lovely breakfast was prepared every morning.
Akhaltsikhe
This was a disaster. No one could seem to find an good option and said what about the one of the road Grand Palace. We were given rooms there but it was awful. This spoiled this part of the trip for us.
Kvareli Oaks
The rooms were immaculate and very tastefully decorated, with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that this a family business, the owners father had created amazing pieces of woodwork which are placed strategically on the site, his mother has created a flower garden with herbs. The setting is tranquil and peaceful and a wonderful place to relax.
Thank you for choosing this wonderful place to stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Tour guide Georgia.
Tom was a very good tour guide and excellent driver. He was always there at the right time, very accommodating. He helped us find currency to go to Armenia with, advised where to change euros to lari, took us to local markets. The last day he waited at the market while we bought some last minute souvenirs, which was extremely kind of him. He went over and above his duties. He was informative and we enjoyed his company at meal times. He advised on local delicacies and what to eat. He too is very proud of Georgia and this shows in his tour guiding. I loved his honesty and his knowledge.
Tom is an asset to your tour company and I wish him every success.
