Guide: All was perfect!

Car: Too large car couldn’t be driven anywhere. We opened the window because air-conditioning didn’t work effectively. That is why my health condition was worsened.

Hotel: The price matches the quality.

What did you like most in your trip? Interesting and qualified tour was organised. Greetings to guide Armine!

What didn’t you like in your trip? Large group of people was inconvenient which didn’t allow to see prohibited sightseeing: wild places in Sevan Lake, geysers in Jermuk and etc (for extra fee).

What would you add to your trip? I recommend to add in the tour programme more visits to natural, prohibited places even for extra fee. People will be happy to visit them with smaller group.

Would you recommend our company to your friends? Yes, by taking account of recommendations.

I want to thank you for helping in organising the tour. Everything was perfect, I liked very much. Despite the fact that the weather was mainly cloudy during my stay in Yerevan endured 10 days, I received lots of advantageous emotions. Firstly, I could finally see the sun during trips to Garni Geghard, Sevan Lake, Tsakhkadzor, Areni, also Noravank and Tatev, where I ordered individual excursion. Secondly, unforgettable impressions of Armenia are people: honest, friendly and kind. Possibly, it is the most important thing. Thirdly, I was very lucky with the selected guide. I took four from five group tours with the guide Rose. And also, in the last two tours I asked the organisers to join me to the bus where would be Rose. I’ve visited more than 20 countries and there is possibility for comparison. So, I can say with certainty that Rose was one of the best guides all around my historical tours in the world, and I had chance to be in various countries: close and far, such as Brasil, Argentina, Cuba… Just, Rose is a person who not only loves Armenia, but also charges with this love surrounding. Anyway I noticed a wish in her job to share a part of that Armenia with guests which lives in her heart, and exactly thanks to this I love your wonderful country myself. During my tours I don’t have a chance to be twice in one country and in one city. But now I understand that Armenia will be exclusion for me, because I have a big desire to be here in summers for seeing the beauty of nature, fountains of Yerevan and majesty of Ararat. But the most important is again to meet Armenian hospitability, honesty and sincerity of Armenian nation. Once again I express many greetings to You and Your travel agency for advantageous emotions which I’ve been gifted from Armenia.

Driver: Both drivers are very friendly and responsive.  

Car: Enough comfortable

Hotel: In Capital Hotel there were difficulties with Internet, like it was switched off with the large number of users in network. In the hotel of Goris town there was much more simple breakfast.

What did you like most in your trip? Sightseeing and nature of Armenia :) 

What didn’t you like in your trip? Weather :(

What would you add to your trip? Free time in Jermuk – at least 30 minutes, City tour around Goris town.

Would you recommend our company to your friends? Yes, surely. 

Guide: Armine is the best, all was super!

Driver: Sarkis was excellent driver, then he was replaced by Aram who was driving very slow either he did not know the route or he was afraid to drive normally.

Car: It was excellent, all was convenient.

Hotel: ‘Best View’ is an excellent hotel, I like everything. Thanks!

What didn’t you like in your trip? None!

What would you add to your trip? None! The programme was harmonically formed, including excursions and free days.

Would you recommend our company to your friends? Sure!

Guide: We have two guides - Arthur and Armine who are highly cultured and educated. Special gratitude and greetings to them! Communication with Liana (our tour organiser) was very pleasant. Many thanks to her, too.

Driver: They are professional and we like all.

Car: Transport was very comfortable for travelling.

Hotel: All hotels are excellent, besides Stepanavan hotel. I would like to spend overnight in hotel, instead of guesthouse in Ijevan.

What did you like most in your trip? Punctuality and clarity of the travel agency in organising tours, hotel levels, meals on programme (lunch), tour programmes (we had two), comfortable transport. We like the country, residents, kindness and willingness to help. We left Armenia with the desire to return again as tourists.

What didn’t you like in your trip? The only disadvantage is the missed porridge for breakfast.

What would you add to your trip? It’s very difficult to answer because of full programme of tour.

Would you recommend our company to your friends? Sure! Thanks for unforgettable holiday!

Good afternoon!

It’s already been a week how I’m at home, but I returned only physically. However, my emotions are still with Armenia, its splendor, diversity, "sunshine" and unconditional Greatness. And all of these thank to the great job of ‘Arara Tour’! I chose a tour ‘Walking in mountainous Armenia’ (24.07.15 - 3.08.15), because I like mountains very much and liked the suggested programme very much, which is, in my opinion, just awesome that gives presentation definitely about varieties of nature of Armenia, and also, covers the most important cultural places of country! Thank you for the programme, and special greetings to our conductor (guide and driver Arthur) for showing the wonderful world of ancient country. Thanks to him as for part of exploration as for comfortable transport which he provided us during our wonderful tour! Everything is grandiosely beautiful and I’m very satisfied! Armenia has covered with its wave of infinite warmth, sun and splendor. I didn’t believe that it could be finished and needed to return. My suggestions to the future tourist-clients of ‘Arara Tour’: highly qualified company, very attentive literate managers (I socialised with Nune Tatunts), excelent organised tours – I recommend very much!
