Hello Hasmik,

Hope you are well. We have settled back in at home; lovely to catch up with family and friends. We have wonderful memories of our tour in the Stans and Caucasus; our guides and drivers looked after us so well and we experienced a fascinating part of the world - thank you to Arara Tours! Especially thank you to you, Hasmik, for your excellent organisation and communication and we appreciated that you dealt with the very few problems so promptly and professionally. Our meal at Serup was a fitting way to end our tour together with Donna and Steve; delicious food and a lovely setting. We would recommend Arara Tours highly to others intending to travel to the Stans/Caucasus.

All the best,

Cheers,

Wendy & Phil Donnelly

I just returned from the “Exquisite Caucasus” trip and it was exceptional! The tour provided a perfect blend of Armenia’s ancient churches, Georgia’s beautiful vineyards, and Azerbaijan’s unique landscapes. Ani, our tour manager, was fantastic and every detail was handled seamlessly. Highlights for me were the world’s longest cable car ride and the mystical mud volcanoes. The local guides, especially Ani, were friendly and informative. This trip offered an unforgettable experience in a fascinating region. I would absolutely recommend it!

Sati, the four of us arrived home safely yesterday. We really enjoyed the whole trip and Raffi in Armenia was a superb guide. He did so much to give us information on our WhatsApp group in advance of what we were going to see and was thoughtful about our needs and requests. We will certainly recommend the trip to friends! All the best to you and thank you for keeping in touch.

Hi Sati.

Here are a few notes. Feel free to make it shorter if it's too long, thanks The organisation from start to finish was amazing with great communication from Sati from Arara tours. The 3 counties were beautiful all in very different ways. All the guides were very knowledgeable and you could see the passion that they had for their countries. Azerbaijan was stunning and we were lucky to be there whilst the F1 grand Prix was on in Baku, it didn't hinder us in seeing this beautiful pristine city. Our Guide in Georgia called Gvantsa, was so nice, very knowledgeable and read the group really well, she knew when we had information overload and wanted to just saunter by ourselves. She was always on hand to help with anything. Most tours finished around 5pm allowing the evening to be yours to do your own thing which we appreciated. She guided us through the immigration crossing into Armenia then passed us to our guide called Heyku who again was so lovely and also very knowledgeable and passionate about her country. The places we got to see were amazing and I think the order which we saw the countries in was perfect. The area as a whole has its political problems which is sad, I hope one day they all get the peace and stability they all deserve. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see this part of the world which has so much history and is very beautiful.

Thank you.

Dear Tatev.

Tricia and I are now in Istanbul for 3 days after our wonderful tour of Mongolia. I loved the itinerary and repeat that I feel it was good value. I felt very attached to Rolmar and Azaa. We had lots of laughs and they were very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. We learned alot from them. I enjoyed the food. At the end of our tour Tricia and I had an extra day and visited the Chingis Khan Museum which we highly recommend. Our hotel was fine but breakfast was poor. The hotel was well located. Keep in touch with your tours.

Kind regards.

Hi Tatev,

I would like to give you my feedback. I loved the tour of Mongolia, the itinerary was great, the guide and driver exceptional. One of the camps was rather primitive with almost no electricity or water, particularly hot water but most camps we were happy with. We would love to hear of any future trips you plan as we like what you do. Both Stephanie and I have extensively travelled in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan so are not intended in those tours.

Regards

Tricia Brown

Our journey through Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia was unforgettable. Each guide was excellent — Svetlana in Azerbaijan, Temo in Georgia, and Anna in Yerevan — and we felt very well looked after throughout. The hotels were nice, comfortable and centrally located though 3*. We are glad we did not choose the 4*. Thank you for such a well-organized and memorable trip.

Silk Road Tour to 5 Stans and the Caucasus

Dear Hayku and Arara Team,

Our group of five just got back home and we’re still buzzing with memories from the amazing 5 Stans and Caucasus tour you arranged for us! Everything was really well-organized - smooth border crossings though sometimes long especially the Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan border crossing and no clue why they still require a covid test, the hotels were comfortable sometimes even 4* rather than 3*, and fantastic guides who brought each place to life. We particularly loved the food experiences in Uzbekistan, Georgia and Georgia, the stunning mountain sceneries in Armenia. The tour overall terrific despite some long drives, so every minute was worth it. Thanks for keeping in touch with us during the whole trip to make sure we are happy, we felt under care all the time and in good hands. We’ll be recommending Arara Tour to all our travel-loving friends!

Cheers,

Karen, Emily, Dave, Mark and Lily

I joined the Highlights of Armenia and Georgia tour and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was traveling solo but felt completely comfortable, as everything was well organized by Arara and Hasmik. Our Georgian guide was very. I especially enjoyed the local food and wine, the tasting at Khareba winery was a highlight! I would definitely recommend Arara to anyone looking to explore Armenia and Georgia in a thoughtful and memorable way.

Hi Florena,

We thoroughly enjoyed the 21 days traveling with you. The program was varied and interesting, and the guides — Ilham in Azerbaijan, Sopi in Georgia, and Tatev in Armenia — each had their own style, which made the experience richer. We did have a small change in the itinerary due to weather in the mountains, but your team quickly arranged an alternative visit that turned out to be just as enjoyable. Everything felt very well cared for. Thank you again!

This was our first time visiting the Caucasus, and the 17-day tour could not have been a better choice. The itinerary was excellent, quite packed but every site worth visiting. Our guide in Azerbaijan – Svetlana was amazing, Sophie in Georgia was a very lovely and helpful guide, and finally Raffi in Armenia was terrific.

We loved Armenia the most. Hope we can return one day.

I recently took a tour of Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, and it was an unforgettable experience. Trip was made even more special thanks to the wonderful guides, especially Ani in Armenia. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing deep insights into the history, culture, and traditions of the country.

I also want to express my sincere thanks for the thoughtful and accommodating service we received as gluten-free vegans. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we were treated to a delicious complimentary lunch that perfectly met our dietary needs. It’s rare to find such attentive care, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again to the team for making our journey so memorable!
