Hasmik (Guide) and Arduc (Driver) were such joys to be with for our trip. I will request both of them when I return to Armenia next, and will recomend them to anyone thinking about traveling to Armenia.Hasmik was very knowledgable and passionate about giving us an authentic experience we'd remember forever. She was flexible with my group and always had a positive attitude. She was incredible and such a joy to be around. Arduc was a very good driver and always got us to our destination on time and safely. He maneuvered the difficult terrain without a problem. He tried to teach me and my family Armenian and authentic Armenian Traditions.

The Tour was great and really helped us get a full idea of Armenia and it's history. I would definitely recommend.

We have booked 21 day trip to Caucasus with Arara travel agency. Our trip coordinator was Rima. She organized a wonderful trip for us. Our guides were fantastic. We were very lucky to have Haykuhi as our guide in Armenia. She was perfect! Our guide Sandro in Georgia was amazing. Although he was very young, his knowledge of history was fascinating. We enjoyed our trip in Azerbaijan too, Elchin made sure we were happy with everything.
The hotels we have booked were quite nice. All of them were 3 star, in regions we had guest houses too. All the rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the one in Dilijan the most. It was a cozy guesthouse with wonderful hosts. Dinner was amazing there!
Thank you once again Arara for this unforgettable tour. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends.

Thank you for putting together an excellent package of hotels, sights, food and wine tasting. one of the best tours I have and good value for money. Most hotels were good and breakfast was world class. Drivers, tours guides were wonderful and professional I would like to thanks our tour guide in baku, Jameel, He is very likable and energetic young man. He went far beyond his duty to make sure our tour was safe, educational and fun. He has good command of history, culture and other aspects of his country and world.

I was very pleased with the tour overall. The guide in Azerbaijan was very knowledgeable and the driver was very polite. I can say the same for the guide and driver in Armenia. However the driver in Georgia needs some driving lessons!! I was never comfortable in the van as the driving was dangerous at times. The Georgian guide was good.

Hello Sati!
We are now back in the US and truly enjoyed our tour! Following are some detailed thoughts about the trip: In Armenia: Our guide Haykuhi was fantastic! She was so organized and was always guiding us to our next location with excellent details about how much time we had, where we would meet, and what we could expect. Her knowledge of Armenia and her passion for sharing her knowledge were infectious, and I left with a strong love for this country thanks to her.

The Cascade Hotel was wonderful: the accommodations were very nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was remarkable! They were very pleasant and helpful in so many respects. It was in a great location, too! Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Both of our drivers in Armenia and Georgia were outstanding: always punctual and very friendly. Our transport to and from the airports was also excellent as we had plenty of time and had no problems finding the driver upon arrival.

The sights we were taken to were fascinating. I truly loved the Matenadaran Museum...probably my favorite place of the entire trip! I would have liked a bit more time in the History Museum of Armenia. The Genocide Museum was very powerful. The wine-tasting was quite enjoyable, and the staff was excellent! One of the best things about this part of the tour was that Haykuhi arranged 2 of our lunches with restaurants where we all got to eat together as a group and were served a shared meal, like a buffet. This was a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another and not have the stress of ordering, paying the bill, and not knowing the language.

In Georgia: Alex was a very fun guide. He was not quite as specific about the details of our days as Haykuhi was but still made for an enjoyable tour. He had wonderful suggestions for places to eat. He was very personable and shared so much of his life in Georgia with our group. His personality made for a great adventure in Georgia.

Hotel Tiflis in Tbilisi was a bit of a disappointment. The lack of a lift made it difficult for some of our group to get their luggage to their rooms. The beds were not very comfortable (very stiff and noisy mattresses). The staff were nice and helpful when we asked. The breakfast was good but not nearly as good as the one at the Cascade Hotel.

The tours to Mtskheta and Old Town were very informative. The cable car ride up to the Fortress was wonderful. The lunch at Gudauri ski resort was some of the best food we had on our trip! Despite the rain, the view from Gergeti Trinity Church was fantastic! The last day in Georgia seemed a bit rushed as we saw the palace, fortress (with a museum), and the winery and breadmaking. That could easily be 2 days worth of sightseeing, I think. The Khareba Winery was my favorite of all the sights in Georgia! Our guide Lulu was so informative and friendly. We had a great time there and with the breadmaking. I just wish we could have had more time there!

Overall, it was a fantastic adventure, and I will be sure to leave a positive review on TripAdvisor! Your company did a great job organizing this tour and has excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Terri

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Armenia and Georgia. Both guides, Raffi and Sandro were excellent in their different ways. The driver, Karen, in Armenia was very safe, efficient and pleasant. In Georgia it was less easy to communicate with the non-Russian speaking driver. The hotel Cascade in Yerevan was very well placed and the room comfortable and clean, though quite small. An evening at a well-known restaurant was arranged but our taxi-driver was unable to find the place for a long time because the hotel had given the wrong address. We expected a show of traditional singing/dancing but the entertainment was a version of "Avatar" - very loud and of little interest. However the tours in the daytime were excellent.
In Tbilisi the hotel was also very central and we had a large room overlooking a lovely courtyard. Again the tours were very good indeed and our guide most accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the visits to Mt. Kazbek, the 4-wheel drive and to the winery. We had some very fine Armenian and Georgian meals and would very much like to return to both countries.
Thank you so much for your very efficient arrangements.

Driver in georgia mainly fine but went a bit fast sometimes,
Driver in armenia fine but not professional to go looking for a shop to buy cigarettes while driving!
Hotels generally good - Tiflis in Tbilisi ran out of most types of drinks eventually even including any Beer - they just shrugged so went to a supermarket to get drinks instead
Vehicles and guides excellent

This was truly an unexpectedly pleasurable tour.Everything was great.Loved the people ,the country of ARMENIA and also Georgia. The rich history and the people's devotion and commitment to their religion was remarkable. We love the fact that Armenia was the first Christian country in Europe.Overcame many invading civilizations and the Genocide.Very resilient people!!
Sati,we truly enjoyed meeting you in person. You are so kind and caring. The flights to Armenia and back were long and tiring ,but worth the experience of meeting and interacting with a fine group of people.Rafi was very committed and knowledgeable and accommodating.Sandro was young and entertaining.Great trip overall. One of the best .
Thank you all for making this a memorable trip for our family of 3: parents and adult son.
Wish you much success in your business.
