Hello Again Florena.
Thanks for helping me so much. It made things easy for me to enjoy the tour to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.
The organising just got better as the trip progressed.
When there was a problem, the Guides dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
Kristina in Azerbaijan was good - especially her knowledge of recent history and the old city of Baku.
Ia in Georgia was even better - great communication and extremely helpful.
Raffi in Armenia was my favorite - incredible knowledge of the country and its history.
His ability to communicate was superb.
Raffi shared his own story and answered all questions from his deep knowledge of the history and politics of Armenia and the adjoining countries influencing it.
The accommodation, transport and organisation was excellent.
i wish I could offer some advice an how the tour could be improved but I cannot think of anything to help - I am a totally happy client !!!
Best Regards
Dave
Hello Florena,
These are my comments:
- Baku transfer airport to hotel: excellent
- Baku whole day tour: excellent, good restaurant recommendation; the guide spoke good Spanish.
- Bishkek half day tour: excellent, we had limited time so he was right in schedule, the guide spoke good English.
- Samarkand transfer rail station to hotel: excellent
- Samarkand morning tour to Tajikistan: excellent, the guide crossed the border with us, he spoke good English
- Samarkand half day tour to Shakhrizyabz: excellent, he was the same guide as the day before, he recommended a real good restaurant.
- Samarkand to Tashkent, I decided to buy air tickets since the agent in Uzbekistan didn't get earlier trains, that's the only, but mayor fault on my tour. He got the Tashkent - Samarkand tickets the very first day he could, but he didn't buy the Samarkand - Taskent tickets when they were first available, he waited too long.
- Transfers Samarkand hotel - airport, Tashkent airport to hotel, and hotel to airport: excellent.
Hi Sati,
it was a wonderful trip and truly memorable journey. The itinerary was well planned and efficient throughout the three Caucasus countries. We were satisfied with the drivers and guides service provided during the trip. The border transfers were smooth and well organized. The hotels were comfortable and conveniently located close to the city centers.
You are a trustworthy and responsive travel agency, and we will definitely recommend your services to others. Thank you!
I believe even a great experience can be ruined if the service is poor. However, I was completely satisfied from my first talk with Sati until I reached the airport for my flight home.
There was one moment at a hotel when the room wasn't very comfortable for my friend and me. The team handled it perfectly and changed our room immediately without any hesitation. I also really appreciated our guide Raffi who had a great sense of humor and always kept us entertained. The countries were impressive and the people were very warm. It was the best decision for my vacation.
Thank you Hayku for organizing such a wonderful trip to your beautiful countries. We loved and enjoyed every moment of the trip. The nature in both countries is magnificent. I wish more people would travel to this part of the world. We are already considering booking the 5 Stans trip with you next year.
Will be in touch shortly.
Obwohl wir ein wenig Englisch sprachen, waren wir angenehm überrascht, dass unser Guide Gnel Deutsch sprach. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
In almost a month, we saw all the hidden beauty of the Caucasus region, the nature is truly magnificent.
The bubbling earth of the mud springs amazed me; photos can never capture that strange, alien feeling.
In Georgia. I finally tasted the famous dumplings, and they were delicious. We also explored the ancient city carved into the rocks, which was absolutely fascinating.
Armenia exceeded our expectations, less famous but one of the best wines. I am a wine lover, so never spend an evening without a glass of Armenian great wine. If you are ever in Armenia, make sure you visit wineries.
I want to thank the guides and drivers, who maintained a wonderful atmosphere and felt like family. This journey was about more than just sights; it was a wonderful opportunity to experience something new, very unique and get to know amazing people all around the way.
Thank you! Definitely going to book my next trip to the 5 Stans with you.
I'd like to thank you for the great service and for arranging our trip with such care and attention to details. My friends and I had a wonderful time. We are glad we upgraded our hotels to 4* as some of them had a gym and pools, which was great after some long tour days. Thank you Arara and Florena for the great adventure and gifts we received in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Hi Tatev
Thank you so much for all the patience and effort you invested in making our holiday so enjoyable and unstressful. It was definitely a long time coming but it was worth waiting for.
The itinerary was good and we felt we gained a wonderful insight into the countries we visited and the differences between them. The loss of one of the free days was a shame as we felt in need of some time to take in what we were seeing particularly in Armenia but this was just unfortunate and not in anyone's control. Our extra day at the end meant we did start the journey home relaxed. We did see what you meant about the walk being impossible given the weather.
Our guides were well briefed and without exception on time, bringing with them excellent English skills and a wealth of local knowledge, and, where we had drivers, they drove well and were considerate and helpful. Everyone was very kind and considerate. Afgan and Temo were exceptional; they had excellent English, a great sense of humour and a real ability to notice where they might ask us what we wanted to do. Afgan ensured we felt able to navigate on our own before he left us, he checked about choices for places to eat and never rushed us. Temo rose to the occasion of dealing with Charles feeling ill, and sorted out help from a pharmacy, an extension to our booking for a couple of hours and suggested adjustments to the itinerary that I could do with him while Charles rested. Perfect service! Arthur, I felt, struggled a little bit more with his English but was keen to ensure that he worked his way thoroughly through the itinerary we had. He was very knowledgeable about the monasteries and very generous.
The hotels were all well sited and staffed with friendly and helpful people. For our trip they met our needs well. The most scenic, Seventeen Rooms, had great views and we were sad we didn't spend a bit longer there, but all of them were comfortable and ideal for this kind of trip. The final hotel provided a perfect finishing and relaxing
It was very fascinating to discover Georgia and Armenia from a different perspective. I was in Armenia in the summer but visited only Yerevan for a conference.
Georgia and Armenia are similar, but each has its own history worth knowing.
Also, the people here are very friendly and hospitable. The guides were very responsible and welcoming.
