Hi Sati, it was such a pleasure to go to the 5Stans and Caucasus with my grandpa and we both had a fantastic time. I have to admit we knew almost nothing about your region, but we both got amazingly surprised that each country has so much to offer with its unique culture, sites, architecture. The tour was organized very well. The itinerary included everything that we were looking for and the guides were very knowledgeable. I also want to thank you for going above and beyond to satisfy all our needs. I know we were picky with our special requests, you did everything to accommodate us. Thank you for the flexibility and hard work. We will certainly share our impressions about the tour experience with friends and recommend your company.

Overall our trip went very well. We enjoyed the places we visited in all three countries. A few points that could have been better organised. 1 Lunch breaks should be short so especially on a long day like Day 8 which has very interesting sites in a long day. 2 The Tours could have started at 9.00 instead of 10.00 especially when long distances are involved. 3. The Hotels Molokai Inn in Baku and Sheki were excellent.     The Hotel In Tiblisi was good.     Thank you for organising the Gluten Free breakfast in Yerevan but most of the receptionists at Hotel Metropol did not communicate well in English. Special mention for Raffi in Yerevan who went out of his way to help us and was very well organised. I would gladly recommend Arara Tours to my friends and look forward to using your services again in the future.

I had an amazing educational experience on the Caucasian Tour. Exploring the history of these three countries was eye-opening, revealing new information I wasn't aware of previously. This journey has broadened my perspective significantly. Altay, our Azerbaijan guide, was a walking Google, always equipped with answers and an iPad for reference. His dedication to teaching us about Azerbaijan's history and culture was remarkable, including well-timed "technical stops" for deeper insights. Ani, our Armenia guide, was equally impressive in sharing her extensive knowledge of Armenian history and religion, bolstered by her strong educational background. She even pleasantly surprised us with treats like candies and fruits along the way. Sophie was attentive and considerate to our needs throughout. All three guides were exceptional fountains of information, showcasing their countries with immense pride and passion. I'm truly thankful for the opportunity to expand my horizons!

Azerbaijan: Altai is a very knowledgeable guide. I think he just needs to be a little less serious and he's perfect.
Georgia: Sofie is sweet but I think she needs to improve on her knowledge about history. The hotel is NOT GREAT! Did not like the location.
Armenia: Most of the sights we went to are churches. Would have been nice to see other places that represent Armenia other than just the religious aspect of it. Our guide Ani was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Location of hotel was nice but the hotel itself was just ok.

We are great thank you. Everything has been amazing. Azerbaijan was brilliant. Altai was a superb Guide and made our tour very special. Elmir the driver was lovely too.

Temo was fantastic and Georgia was wonderful.

Artur has been an excellent Guide too.

Everyone has looked after us the best they could and we have seen so much and loved all three countries.

Dear Tatev, We have had the best experience travelling from Baku to Yerevan. I shared our wonderful day to day excursion on fb with all my friends and family in Australia and it is fair to say that they all enjoyed our trip. The tour guides have been excellent. All so knowledgeable and approachable. We have been so lucky indeed, so privileged to visit the Caucasus. Not to forget the amazing drivers, navigating their way up and down high mountain roads. Also navigating their way through heavy traffic in the capital cities. I don’t know how they do it......

We really enjoyed the trip . The vehicles and drivers were excellent. Both Sophi and Ani were delightful, friendly and informative. Ani was the star though if I had to choose. Very professional and highly informative.
The Urban Park hotel was ok but not quite 4 star I think. Staff were great though so no cause for complaint.
The Ani Plaza was a better hotel and more comfortable. More 4 star! Lol
These are off the cuff observations and need cause no concern.
Bottom line the trip was excellent, good itineraries, accommodations ok, great driver’s, good vehicles, great guides and pleasant fellow travelling companion,Ms from different nations.

Will highly recommend you!
