Studio - Museum of Giotto is a unique platform for cultural figures of Armenia and Georgia. In 1977, with the support of Armenian artists and the widow of the artist Giotto (Gevorg Grigoryan), studio-museum of Giotto was opened in Yerevan.
The museum exhibits the large heritage of the artist as well as personal things, documents and photographs connected with the life and activity of the artist.
The brightest examples of the museum are the psychological portraits of Giotto, including the unique portraits artist’s wife Diana, in which you clearly see and feel his love for her.
In a separate room, there are several paintings by the artist’s widow, as well as the works of artists of the “Tbilisi School”.
The museum regularly hosts exhibitions of Armenian and Georgian artists and creative evenings.
