Sati, thank you so much for your efforts to make our trip such a nice experience. We really liked our guide Raffi. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts about the country and the wonderful historical sights that we visited. I particularly loved the Armenian food and the drinks. I want to specially thank you for organizing the visit to The Ararat Brandy, a famous cognac company in Armenia. We got to taste some really fine Armenian cognac, and I even bought two bottles to take back with me! Thanks again for everything.

Hi Hasmik, as you know, I was really worried and upset because AirFrance delayed my luggage, and I didn't bring a carry-on with me, which wasn't a smart move. But you were a big help! You called the lost luggage center to find out when my luggage would arrive and made sure I got it as fast as possible. I also want to thank you for arranging my meals during my stay. This experience truly reaffirmed our belief in the exceptional warmth and kindness of the Armenian people, and we consider it a privilege to have delved deeper into this beautiful nation's culture. Despite visiting in October, when we anticipated fewer crowds, we did encounter some gatherings at certain historical sites. Nevertheless, this did not deter us from thoroughly enjoying our journey. Our only preference would have been to have these attractions all to ourselves. Overall, we are grateful for the beautiful experiences we had.
