Day 2-Tashkent City Tour

Your second day will start with an exciting sightseeing tour around Tashkent. With the help of your guide, you’ll plunge into its exotic atmosphere and visit such known attractions as Khast Imam Complex (where is kept the world's oldest Koran), Chorsu bazaar, and Madrasah Kukeldash the largest madrasa (educational institution) of the 16 century. After lunch time, your tour will proceed to the modern part of the city. You will explore the Independent Square and A. Navoi theatre square. Independence Square is located at the center of the city and is considered the favorite place of the locals. Here you will see the well-known beautiful fountains as well as many important government buildings and administrative institutions such as Uzbek Parliament Supreme Chamber, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and others. In the Museum of Applied Art of Uzbekistan, you will have a chance to admire over 7,000 samples of applied arts: handmade embroidery, skull-caps, jewelry, carpets and other Uzbek art exhibits.

Day 3-Tashkent - Samarkand

The day will start with a trip to the important historical city Samarkand occupying a central position on the Silk Road. The city is protected by UNESCO and is considered one of the most ancient cities on the earth. After a 5-hour trip you will finally reach your hotel in Samarkand and check-in. You will have some time for a rest and then will get acquainted with some interesting attractions like Paper Mills Factory, Afrasiyob Museum and Ulugbek’s observatory the biggest one in the East. Day 4-Samarkand City Tour

Your day will start with a sightseeing tour around Samarkand. The first place to visit is Registan Square famous for its architectural ensemble of three madrasahs (Islamic schools) - the Ulugh Beg Madrasah, the Tilya-Kori Madrasah and the Sher-Dor Madrasah. The tour will proceed to the mausoleum of Gur-e-Amir where was founded the tomb of Tamerlane the Conqueror. The last historical sights to visit will be Shaki Zinda Necropolis and Bibi-Khanym Mosque. The highlight of the tour will be a colorful central bazaar where one can plunge into the local atmosphere and try many exotic national products. Be sure to try the famous local national bread – non. In the morning you will head to Aydar yurt camp located in the Kyzylkum desert not far from Aydarkul Lake. The way will pass through beautiful Nurata town where you will stop to enjoy the beautiful nature, indescribable fresh air full of the scent of flowers and the view of a breathtaking sunset. You will also have a short trip to Aydarkul Lake which is a real desert gem known for its beautiful natural landscapes and wildlife. After arrival at the territory of Aydar yurt camp, you will have a chance to enjoy an unforgettable adventure camelback riding around the desert. Your overnight will be arranged in one of the camp’s yurts which will be a great experience for lovers of exotic, adventure and unforgettable experiences. You will feel like real nomads while accommodating in yurts decorated with hand-made carpets and curtains made by local craftsmen. You will spend the evening by the bonfire, accompanied by the songs of the local akyn (performer of national songs), in an unusually calm and peaceful atmosphere, admiring the incredibly large stars and the Milky Way.

Day 6-Nurata - Bukhara

In the morning you will leave Aydar yurt camp and head to Bukhara – the town of the unprecedented number of mosques, the tombs of many Islamic saints, the significant religious places and architectural masterpieces. On the way, we’ll make a short stop to admire the ruins of medieval monument Caravanserai Rabat-i-Malik. Your trip will proceed through Gijduvan town where you will have a nice tour around a local pottery house. In Bukhara, you will visit Chor Minor memorial and have a rest at the local cozy hotel.

Day 7-Bukhara City Tour

The day will be devoted to the exploration of Bukhara's historical heritage. The town was founded about 2000 years ago and became the major center of the Great Silk Road and the capital of the great state of the Samanids. Persian rulers ennobled the appearance of Bukhara, erecting beautiful palaces, tombs, caravanserais, madrassas, and mosques. Your city tour program will include the following sights: Samanid’s dynasty mausoleum, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum, Bolo Haouz Mosque, the Ark Fortress, Kalon Complex, Magoki Attori Mosque, Ulugbek and Abdulazizi Khan Madrasahs, and Lyabi-Khauz Ensemble. The day will end with a pleasant dinner and folk show – program in old Nodir Devon Begi Madrassah.

Day 8-Bukhara - Khiva

This day you will have a long trip from Bukhara to Khiva – the ancient settlement situated along the ancient Great Silk Road. Your way will pass through Kyzyl Kum desert one of the most extensive deserts in Asia. You will also have some stops to visit the ancient ruins of Ayaz Kala fortress and Toprak Kala palace city. In Khiva, you will walk through Ichan Kala town which once served as the resting place for caravans. You will stroll around its unique streets and feel like in ancient times. Itchan Kala was included into the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1990. The day will end with a dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 9-Khiva - Urgench - Tashkent

The full day will be devoted to the sightseeing tour around Khiva. The program will include such important sights as Ichan Kala, Kelta Minar, Kunya Ark, and Muhammad Rahim-khan Madrasah. After a lunch break at a local restaurant, your sightseeing tour will continue. The second part of the tour will include visits to Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islam Khodja Minaret and Madrasah, Djuma Mosque and Minaret, and Tash Hovli Palace. The day will end with a transfer to the airport for a flight back to Tashkent. Upon arrival to Tashkent, you’ll accommodate in a hotel for overnight and rest.
