In the morning, you will embark on a brief journey to Mtskheta, the early capital of Georgia from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD. This town holds significant religious importance for Georgia. The excursion will start with a visit to the 11th-century Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The next stop is Jvari Temple atop a hill, offering captivating views of the confluence of the Kura and Aragvi rivers. Upon returning to Tbilisi, a comprehensive city tour will ensue, starting at the historic Metekhi district, featuring the picturesque Assumption Church. The itinerary proceeds to the iconic Bridge of Peace, an architectural marvel by an esteemed Italian architect. The you will reach to Narikala Fortress via cable car to enjoy a panoramic city view. Next stop you will walk to the renowned sulfuric baths and stroll through charming Shardeni Street. The Sioni church will be our last tour destination.

In the morning, you will depart for the Ananuri Fortress, situated in a remarkable location on the shore of the Zhinvali reservoir, surrounded by lush hills. The fortress, founded in 1720 for defensive purposes, will be your first destination. The tour will then take you to the Gudauri resort, a popular skiing destination known for its year-round appeal. Even in summer and autumn, Gudauri will captivate with its green mountains, sunlit meadows adorned with fragrant flowers, and the serenity of grazing cows. In the Stepantsminda settlement, you will ascend the hill to visit the Gergeti Trinity Church, dating back to the 14th century and situated at an altitude of 2170 meters, nestled at the base of Mount Kazbek. From this vantage point, an unforgettable view of the renowned Mount Kazbek will unfold. The final leg of your tour will take you to the Dariali Gorge and Transfiguration Church before you return to Tbilisi. You will spend the night at a Tbilisi hotel.

You will commence the day by heading east to Kakheti, Georgia's primary winemaking region. Your exploration will begin in Telavi, the central hub of the Kakheti region. You will also have the opportunity to stroll through the charming streets of Sighnaghi town, often referred to as the "city of love," renowned for its historical and cultural heritage sites. The journey will continue to the Tsinandali estate, a legacy of the distinguished Chavchavadze dynasty, boasting a captivating labyrinth adorned with exotic trees and cellars that safeguard a distinctive collection of Georgian and European wines. Your subsequent attraction to explore will be the Batonis Tsikhe fortress museum, dedicated to the revered Georgian King Erekle II. The day will conclude with a tour of the renowned Khareba winery, offering a chance to sample local wines and participate in a masterclass on baking the traditional Georgian bread, shoti. You will then return to Tbilisi. You will spend the night at a Tbilisi hotel.

Your Georgia’s Treasures in 5 days includes private airport transfers. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will meet you with a sign displaying your name and take you to your hotel. Transfers are arranged according to your flight schedule, whether you arrive early in the morning or late at night.
