TRIP REVIEWS (64)

Stuart White and Jane Harris

Good morning Hasmik,

We are back in Australia now and wanted to take a moment to share our feedback about the trip.

It was truly a journey to remember, and we are so grateful for how well-organized everything was. Thank you, Hasmik, for your prompt responses and assistance throughout the entire process

The guides were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly considerate, ensuring that we had the best possible experience. A special mention to our guide in Armenia, Ani, who was absolutely fantastic. The driving was careful and smooth, which helped us relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way. And the food! The food in Armenia and Georgia especially were a real highlight, everything was delicious. We will definitely book with you again in the near future and explore Central Asia.

Take care,

"Dear Hasmik,

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for organizing our recent trip to the Caucasus. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and your support and meticulous attention to detail played a huge role in making it such a success.

From the very beginning, you were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and flexible, adjusting to our needs and ensuring that everything was just right. Your responsiveness was exceptional, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing that we could count on you every step of the way.

The highlight of our journey was the time we spent with the driver-guides in Georgia and Armenia. Makho in Georgia and Artur in Armenia were absolutely outstanding. Their deep knowledge, warm personalities, and enthusiasm for their countries made our experience so much richer. We couldn’t have asked for better guides.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and the selection of hotels. The dining experiences were fantastic, with each restaurant offering something unique and memorable. The hotels were well-chosen and comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The only exception was the issue we had with the hotel in Seki, but we appreciate you addressing it.

Regarding our time in Azerbaijan, while we enjoyed the experience, we felt that having a driver-guide who spoke English would have been more effective than having a separate driver and guide. It would have made communication smoother and enhanced our overall experience in the country.

One minor hiccup we encountered was during our time in Seki. Despite agreeing on an early departure time, both the driver and guide showed up late, which was a bit frustrating given the long day ahead. However, we do appreciate that throughout the rest of the trip, our guides ensured that we were always on time and well-prepared.

Special thanks go to Hasmik, who was an absolute rock star. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring our trip was flawless did not go unnoticed.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and we would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking to explore the Caucasus or any other destination. Thank you once again for your hard work and for making our trip so special.

You are more than welcomed to use this email and it's contents for sharing on your website or other social media.

Thank you."
