TRIP REVIEWS (16)

Taylor Smith

Hi Sati! How are you? We are in Qatar now, visiting our son here before going back home to Illinois. Our group wants to thank you again for all the trip arranegments. We had a fantastic time in your area. We really liked all the sites you put for us in the tour itinerary, the nature, food all was magificent. We drank water from the water fountains in Armenia, I still remember its taste, never tasted such water, we brough a few bottles with us. Really liked how comfortable the car you chose for our group; it helped to pass some of the rough roads with ease. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner in the Sheki hotel, though I can't mention how quickly the hotel staff solved it. I would definitely recommend your agency to anyone who wants to have a great experience in the Caucasus. Some of my friends are already interested!

David and Cindy Crane

We booked a trip to the Caucasus with Arara 3 years ago and finally could do it this year. I would say this trip was worth waiting for so long. We had fantastic time in all the three countries. Initially when we were finally ready to travel this year, I came across the news that the land border between Azerbaijan and Georgia was closed by which I got upset assuming I won't be able to travel again. But Sati offered using the flight option instead, which took only an hour. She arranged everything for us and took greay care of us.The trip was arranged exactly the way we planned initially and we visited all the sites in the itinerary. Sati was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Want to thank you again for the amazing journey we have been looking forward to so long. The countries and especially Armenia are truly hidden gem and definitely worth visiting not even once. The guides in all the countries were very friendly, caring and knowledgeable.

Katya and Natasha

Greetings from Latvia. We enjoyed our trip and have successfully reached home.

The hotels were centrally located and comfortable. I liked the people who were really caring, especially our tour manager and guides who wanted to show us everything. Our guides helped us with the small basic stuff, such as buying a SIM card, exchanging the money, but it was really nice to notice that these people honestly wanted to take care of us. Many thanks and good luck.
