I just returned from the Highlights of Armenia and Georgia tour, and it honestly felt like the tour of a lifetime. From the moment I landed in Yerevan, everything was perfectly organized. The team at Arara was professional, responsive, and thoughtful, I felt well taken care of from day one. Each day brought something new and unforgettable: walking through ancient monasteries like Echmiadzin and Geghard, tasting wine in Areni, and riding the Wings of Tatev. Crossing into Georgia felt seamless, and the energy of Tbilisi gave the trip a new rhythm. The guides in both Armenia and Georgia were outstanding , knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. Rafi is a very special guide, who is specific. The transportation was comfortable, the accommodations were lovely.
If you’re looking for more than a typical tour, this is it. I’m so grateful to Arara for making it all happen. Highly recommended, I’ll never forget this trip.
Dear Haku,
This was a very special tour. I’ve done many group trips before, but this one felt more personal and unique. The guides were excellent, always ready to help, and told us interesting stories about each place. Raffi in Armenia and Iann in Georgia are special. We visited monasteries, mountains, small towns, and met local families. I loved tasting homemade food and learning about traditions. Some roads are dumpy and it's a heavy way, but the drivers are so professional. I came back home with great memories and new friends.
Thank you for such a wonderful time,
This tour was more than just ticking off sights — it felt like a deep dive into two very different yet connected cultures. Our local guide Sophie in Georgia was excellent, Raffi in Armenia very friendly and knowledgeable. Our hotel in Yerevan was especially great as we had a lovely view of Mt Ararat from our hotel room.
We recommend this tour for those who are looking to cover the highlights and UNESCO sites in the 2 countries in 9 days.
