Hi, Ani! I'm writing to thank you. The five Central Asian countries have always been on my bucket list to visit. I changed my mind every time because of the flights—it was a bit long, but now, when I was already returning home, I realized I shouldn't have put off the trip; it was truly worth it. Learning about ancient traditions and meeting the locals was an incredible feeling that will always accompany me. The most vivid impression was definitely the Darvaza gas crater. Crossing the border can be a bit chaotic and time-consuming, but our guides prepared us well. Overall, great experience.
Hello Florena, I am writing to give some feedback on our 17 day trip. Overall it was fantastic. The border crossings were smoother than I expected, especially Georgia-Armenia. I really liked the mud volcanos in Azerbaijan, definitely a must-see. Our hotel in Baku was in a great location. Special shoutout to our Georgian guide Nino, she is an absolute gem. She always knew where to find clean toilets on the road, which is very important on these long drives. I would include a free day after the tour to do some more shopping and just enjoy a free time in stunning Yerevan. But overall, a very solid trip and good value for money. Thank you Arara for arranging a wonderful journey for me.
Hi Florena! We are back and still talking about the trip.
We loved the food masterclass in Armenia where we baked lavash!
One of the hotels in Tbilisi had a really noisy street outside, so maybe ask for a courtyard room if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, everything was satisfying and we had a lovely journey.
Hi, Haiku! The 15-day tour was a whirlwind, but we really enjoyed it. At times, the itinerary felt a bit rushed, as if we only had 30 minutes to see some of the monuments, but I understand we had a lot to do. Our driver in Kazakhstan was excellent; he quickly found us at the airport with our names on the board. I also really enjoyed the local food. Next time, I'll definitely come back here whenever possible and if possible, to the caucasus too.
Great experience. 3 weeks gave us a real feel of the Caucasus. Loved the symphony of stones in Armenia, the Gergeti church in Georgia on the hill and many other fantastic sites.
Guides were all fluent in English and very caring. We did have a minor issue in Baku where the atm swallowed my card and our guide had to help me communicate with the bank for an hour. But it all got sorted. Also, be prepared for some crazy traffic in Tbilisi, our driver handled it well but the driving too longer than usual. Anyway, all sites in the itinerary were worth visiting.
Hi Hasmick! We are finally back in Toronto and I wanted to thank you for organizing such a lovely trip for us. Georgia was beautiful, loved the Kakheti wine region so much, we bought 4 bottles! One small thing, the van air conditioning was a bit too cold for me sometimes but we just asked the driver to turn it down and it was fine. Armenia was also lovely thank you. Our guide Raffi did everything to meet our needs and requirements. He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, kept us entertained all the time. I would certainly recommend your company to friends and family.
Hi Ilena! My sister and I had the best time. I especially enjoyed the Gergeti church, the views are unbelievable. We couldn't find our pickup driver at Tbilisi airport at first, but we called the emergency number and found him in a few minutes, so no big deal. Thanks for a memorable holiday. I am looking at your Uzbekistan and other Stans tours for next year, already excited!
Hello Sati, just catching up on emails after recovering from the jet lag. The 26 days were incredible. We got to see all the hidden spots and the itinerary was very thorough. I enjoyed the last free day in Yerevan. It allowed me to rest after the tour and explore the city on my own.
In Armenia, it is a must to visit the Genocide Museum, be prepared to leave it with tears, truly heartbreaking and tragic hictory. We spent almost two hours there and it was very moving. The weather was cooperating and most of the time it was lovely except for a few times in the mountainous areas, which did not affect our overall enjoyment. The local people are amazingly hospitable, even when there's a huge language barrier. We bought so much local tea and spices to bring home.
Thank you Arara

It was great to learn about the history of the Silk Road from local experts. The office in Arar helped us with all the paperwork, and they also had 24/7 support. When I had a problem, my manager quickly responded and helped resolve it. I was worried about my age, but then I realized it's not a barrier; if you really want to discover a new country, you can do it. I didn't even feel tired at the time, only slightly fatigued when I returned to the hotel. Thank you.
Hi Ani, Thanks for checking! I am back home safe and sound, though a long flight.
I truly enjoyed my trip to the 5 countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus. Turkmenistan seems the least appealing, but I ended up picking it as my favorite among the 8 countries.
Thank you for all the support along the way and for checking in with me every 2-3 days about my well-being. I've traveled a lot, but it's rare to find something like this. The contrasts between the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus are simply mesmerizing. Excellent guides, especially Serdar in Turkmenistan. Thank you! Will certainly recommend this tour to my friends.
Hi, Haiku. We are finally back home after a very long flight with 2 layovers. But we are back with wonderful emotions and memories of our trip.
The days were a bit long at times, and we didn't get back to the hotel until 7 p.m. a few times, but we still managed to see a lot. Our guide, Tazo in Georgia and Mary in Armenia were very helpful and informative. Besides the history, they shared other general information about the countries’ tax system, education which was very much appreciated. We have already recommended Arara to our friends as some are already interested. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our trip very much. Thanks for everything and for taking such good care of us.
Hi Elena! I just wanted to quickly thank you. We had a wonderful time in the Caucasus. I especially loved the local food and music. In Yerevan, we went to see an opera during our free time, and it was truly memorable.
The driver in Georgia (I think his name was Zura?) was excellent and handled those crazy roads perfectly. On the second day, we had a slight problem with the Wi-Fi at the Baku hotel, but reception fixed it. I highly recommend this route. It's great when there's a limited number of people in the group; you can have a wonderful time together. The guides in both countries were very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. I will recommend this tour to my friends.
