Thank you Arara for our amazing trip. Tour manager Ani patiently helped us put together a bespoke package combining the Classic Georgia/Armenia small group tour, (11 travellers in total - a very nice size for touring), with individualised packages for Uzbekistan and Turkiye based on Arara’s advertised itineraries but adjusted to suit our needs. The English-speaking guides in each country were exceptional; each had an in-depth knowledge of their countries and an enthusiasm and a willingness to share which was infectious. They were also very attentive to each travellers’ needs, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, well fed and well rested. One guide even noticed (unprompted) the birthday of one of our group and organised a cake at lunch – a lovely personal touch. Transport was clean, efficient and always on time. Our drivers were competent and I always felt safe. Connections and transfers were efficiently managed. I would use this company again – their destinations are fascinating and offer a travel experience different from many of the more mainstream routes and they enhance the experience by providing excellent service.
