Hrazdan
Hrazdan town is located at a distance of 50 km from the capital on the left bank of the river Hrazdan and is the administrative center of Kotayk region. It is a small town with the population of about 53 000 people.

Yeghegnadzor
The town of Yeghegnadzor is the administrative center of Vayodzor province and is located on the right bank of the river Arpa at a distance of 119 km from Yerevan. It is one of the oldest settlements in Armenia, founded in the V century.

Dilijan
Dilijan is another popular Armenian mountain climatic resort, located in Tavush region at Aghstev River 100 km away from Yerevan. It has become popular due to its pure filed with pine aromas air, rich nature, as well as a large number of attractions.

Jermuk
Jermuk town is located in the south-eastern part of Armenia, in Vayots Dzor region, at a distance of 175 km from Yerevan. This is one of the most popular tourist resorts in the country. And what makes it so attractive is pleasant mild climate, fresh air, picturesque nature, healing mineral waters and well-equipped sanatoriums.

Gyumri
Gyumri is the second largest city of Armenia and the administrative center of Shirak region. The city will be quite interesting for tourists: spacious streets, picturesque old neighborhoods, numerous museums, unhurried measured life of local residents.

Goris
Goris is a small but very charming and interesting town of Armenia, located in the Syunik region, at the distance of 240 km from Yerevan. Goris is surrounded by beautiful cliffs and wooded hills. Tourists come here to admire the beautiful nature and visit various attractions located in the surrounding area.

Echmiadzin (Vagharshapat)
Vagharshapat is a town in the Armavir region, one of the most important religious and cultural centers of Armenia. Despite the fact that Vagarshapat is small in size with the population of 57 000 people, every year thousand of tourists come to visit it. All this due to its ancient history and unique attractions.

Vanadzor
Vanadzor is the third largest city in Armenia and the administrative center of Lori region. The city is located at a distance of 145 km from Yerevan in Vanadzor basin. The climate is continental and very changeable with cool summers and cold winters.

Ijevan
Ijevan is a small cozy town of Armenia located at the foot of Ijevan ridge at a distance of 142 km to the north of Yerevan. The town is the administrative center of Tavush region. Ijevan is surrounded by picturesque wooded mountains – exactly on this territory falls about 60% of Armenia’s forests.

Ashtarak
Ashtarak town is the center of Aragatsotn region. It is situated on the right bank of the river Kasakh, at a distance of 20 km from Yerevan. The population is 21500 people. The town has some attractions that are of interest to foreign visitors.

Artashat
Artashat is the center of Ararat region. It has a rich history and once was the fourth capital of Great Armenia. The city was founded during the reign of King Artashes I in 176 BC and was named after the king. However, it should be mentioned that the ancient city was located at a distance of 10 km south-east of the present one.
